Return Policy

At The Frequency Planner™, every product is created with intention and care. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on any purchases, digital or physical.


Physical Product Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

We gladly accept returns only in the case of items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@frequencyplanner.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Returns must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Approved before being sent back (we do not accept unauthorized returns)

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping label.


Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Digital products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • All sale items and gift cards are final sale.


EU Customers

In accordance with EU law, customers residing in the European Union have a 14-day window to return eligible goods. This does not apply to digital products or open items.
