Welcome to The Frequency Planner™. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and digital services. By purchasing from or interacting with this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Overview
The Frequency Planner™ is a wellness and mindset brand offering both physical and digital tools for intentional living. All content, including digital downloads, audio files, and written materials, is protected by copyright and intended for personal use only.
2. Digital Products
All digital downloads, including planners, meditations, templates, and bonus materials, are non-refundable and non-transferable. By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a single, personal-use license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any digital content from The Frequency Planner™ without written permission.
We are not responsible for lost or deleted files. Please back up your downloads upon receipt.
3. Physical Products
Physical items such as printed planners are final sale, with the exception of damaged or incorrect items. If you receive a product that is defective or was sent in error, you must notify us at hello@frequencyplanner.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Payment & Order Processing
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and secure payments via our payment processor. Once payment is complete, your order is processed and, in the case of digital items, delivered instantly to your email or download page.
5. Use of Site & Content
You may not use our site or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is the property of The Frequency Planner™ and may not be copied or exploited without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Frequency Planner™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our tools are designed to support wellness and mindset growth, but are not intended to replace professional advice, therapy, or medical guidance.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the site and purchases after changes have been made constitute acceptance of those changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, United States.
